She has spent the last ten years in the world of talent research in senior leadership roles for three of the seven largest talent research businesses in the UK and has a strong understanding and reputation in the talent world. Alison has a known brand as someone at the forefront of disrupting the way corporates manage their talent asset.

Nathan is a strong strategic leader with over 15 years experience in business improvement and delivering complex transformational change, Nathan’s core expertise is delivering and pioneering technology adoption in the health arena. He has worked for a number of organisations across the public and private sector.

Alan is an experienced, commercial businessman who has worked in a consultative capacity on a range of business ventures, staying abreast of market leading and cutting-edge technology. Alan was the co-founder and MD of an IT services business and has the experience of creating a start-up services business, which later floated on the AIM market, has provided a strong base of strategy, planning, communication and people management skills.

Laura is a strategic talent consultant and researcher with over 15 years’ experience helping organisations make data and insight-led recruitment decisions. Laura’s experience includes building robust external succession plans, talent intelligence projects, talent pipelining, and executive talent replacement. Her ability to identify, connect and engage with senior executives is invaluable in her work which covers diversity and inclusion, talent mobility, executive compensation and employer branding. Laura has worked in executive search, proactive and reactive talent acquisition and in-house as a corporate recruiter.
